6 large-sized potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon butter
Paprika

Procedure for convection oven
1. Clean the potatoes by scrubbing them thoroughly under cold running water.
2. Pierce each potato 4 times with the point of a paring knife or any pointed kitchen utensils.
3. After that, place and arrange the potatoes in a microwave-safe tray.
4. Place it on microwave and broil the potatoes at high temperature for nine to twelve minutes or until the potatoes becomes soft. Test the potatoes if they are already soft by using the point of the paring knife.
5. Take the potatoes out of the microwave and let them stand for about 20-30 minute.
6. When the potatoes are ready, peel them. After that, chop or shred them coarsely on a large grater.
7. Place the butter on a microwave-safe dish. Place the dish with butter on the microwave and melt it for 4 minutes or until the butter turns golden brown.
8. Place the chopped or shredded potatoes and salt on the dish with melted butter then stirs well.
9. Press potatoes against the dish with the back of the fork and distribute it evenly on the dish.
10. Pre-heat the convection section of the microwave oven at 200 degree Celsius.
11. When the convection oven is ready, place the buttered potatoes and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes turns golden brown.
12. Turn off the oven and remove the buttered potatoes from it. Sprinkle the bake potatoes with paprika.
13. Serve the buttered potatoes while hot together with your favorite drinks.
